The Whole Earth Deli is where we showcase the culinary talents of our staff and where we allow their creative energy to shine. We invite you to come enjoy a meal or snack in our beautiful sunlit cafe. Or take out delicious lunch or dinner items to enjoy at home.

Everything in Our Deli is Cooked from Scratch

The Whole Earth Deli is our only location, which means our food is prepared on site every day from fresh, whole ingredients. Unlike other stores, we don't get our food from a central commissary or use pre-prepared foods that come packed in cans or bags. We make all of our soups from scratch using organic stock and organic vegetables. Our rotating selection of salads are made fresh each day from organic produce, locally grown whenever available. Our food is extra flavorful because we use organic beans, grains, and pastas. And we use filtered water in all of our cooking.

Our Deli is 100% Vegetarian

With almost 50 years of experience in the natural foods world, the Whole Earth Center understands the desires and tastes of our vegetarian customers. Our deli is—and always has been—vegetarian, serving a daily selection of fresh homemade soups, salads, sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts. We also offer fresh-squeezed juices made from organic carrots, oranges, and wheatgrass — all available with a shot of organic apple, beet, celery, ginger, or parsley. Fresh-brewed organic coffee and tea are available all day long. And our much beloved, often-imitated-but-never duplicated Whole Earth Salad is available daily in our Grab-and-Go case.

You are Welcome to Eat In or Take Out

There are several ways that you can enjoy our homemade vegetarian soups, salads, sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts. We can make up a plate of deli salads, entrees, or a sandwich for you to enjoy in our bright, sunny indoor cafe or in our shady outdoor dining area. Everything in our deli can be packaged to go — and we have a well-stocked Grab-and-Go case if you need a quick salad, wrap, or soup to go. Or you can call ahead to order items to take out at 609-924-7421.

Outdoor seating is available, our Deli is open, and the full menu is available for take out.
